This policy explains what information we collect when you use IndieWP and how we use it to provide the service securely.
We collect account data (such as email and profile name when signing in with Google), basic usage data (actions performed in the dashboard), and uploaded files (such as plugin .zip files) to enable plugin list management.
We use this information to authenticate access, display and sync your plugin lists, process file uploads, improve product reliability, and communicate important service updates.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. However, no system is fully immune to risk, so avoid uploading files with unnecessary sensitive data.
We do not sell your data. We only share information with providers required to operate the platform (for example, authentication, hosting, or payments), under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, and you may also request account closure. To do so, contact us from the same email linked to your account.
We may update this policy when the product or applicable regulations change. The current version will always be published on this page with its latest update date.
